Our sustainability efforts focus on:

• Ethical Supply Chains: Ensuring our suppliers align with our ethical and sustainable values.
• Roadmap to Net Zero: Sharing our sustainability goals and progress transparently with our partners.
• Carbon Labelling: Providing carbon footprint information for all menus on request or publishing it directly on menus.
• Tackling Food Waste: Measuring waste and setting ambitious reduction targets.
